Simulated leather book cover

I'm searching for information about faux leather material for book covers. The look I am trying to obtain is similar to that used by Paperblanks for their old leather journals. I was told by a rep at that company that they simply use paper with debossed/foil ink. Can anyone tell me where I might find this type of paper? Thanks.
