Not certain I spelled the name right. It's on Bancroft....Anyone ever been there? Opinions? I'm probably going to check them out in the next day or two.
I need supplies for a project and would prefer not to go the mail-order route (wishful thinking, I'm sure), so if they're any good, I may be buying paper, book cloth, etc. from them.

Tue, December 7, 2004 - 5:02 PMArt and Craftsmans Supply (my favorite east bay art store) on Shattuck has some binding supplies, as well. There is also a store in SF that has a lot more... I think it is either Flax or Pearl. Both are huge stores with paper departments.
