Ethiopian Binding

I'm new to this and am looking for information. Can anyone provide a good, clear picture or drawing to tell me how Ethiopian binding is done? I like the look of books I've seen, but can't understand exactly how pages are sewn.

    paul, from what research I did on the net it looks like a double needle coptic binding in pairs, one set at the top of the book, one at the bottom.
    (I could be completely wrong though)
